Donated by FOE: 1956

Location: Trenton City Hall, 319 E. State St. at the corner of S. Stockton St.

Scroll: “Presented To / The City Of Trenton / By / Trenton Aerie No. 100 / Fraternal Order Of Eagles / 1956”

Notes: This is one of the early Eagles monuments. The commandments are numbered with Roman numerals – the first three commandments are religious (“man’s duty to God”) and the last seven commandments are secular (“man’s duty to fellow men”). The numbering and wording of the commandments most closely resembles the Catholic version of the Ten Commandments. The Trenton aerie has closed.
