Comment: The monument is unique, particularly with respect to the two tablets at the top with Roman numerals (instead of Paleo-Hebrew script), the minimal embellishments surrounding the tablets (rather than Easter lillies) and the Eye of Providence surrounded by a triangle (rather than sun's rays in a circle). In addition, the scroll at the bottom includes the name of the Gardern's mayor at the time of the dedication.
